The Riseley Stimulator is a high floating, highly visible attractor dry fly that excels when prospecting water or fishing broken, fast‑flowing streams. With its bushy profile and buoyant construction, it imitates a wide range of terrestrial and large insect food sources, making it an excellent searching pattern when trout are not locked onto a specific hatch.

The Stimulator is particularly effective in riffles, pocket water, and windy conditions, and also works exceptionally well as a dry‑dropper anchor fly due to its flotation and visibility.
