Rivulet Fly Fishing- CDC Inidicator Dry

All Rivulet flies are tied in Tasmania by Simon Ellis. They are well renowned for their high level of consistency and quality, and every fly in the range is a proven fish catcher. Tied using quality hooks, beads and materials, this range of flies is sure to impress.

This is a super simple fly consisting of nothing but cdc feathers and thread, but it is the indicator dry we use most frequently when fishing a duo rig. It rides high ALL DAY once oiled up with a littel cdc oil, and the pink feather makes it super easy to see, even in faster water. It holds a sizeable nymph and even better, gets plenty of eats of its own- so much so, it's often the first single dry we tie on when hitting the river- especially if terrestrials or caddis are about.
